1. Berry Farms
Berry Farms is a family-owned and operated farm in South Miami. Not only do they offer the well-known and loved strawberry picking option from December to May, but they also have a beautiful sunflower field. Their fields of sunflowers stretch out as far as the eye can see, allowing you to take in the beauty of the yellow flowers.
What’s even better is this spot also boasts a small market and food area. It’s kind of a one-stop-shop for a day filled with fun, whether you’re going with friends, as a couple, or even as a family. There’s something to do for everyone. Grab a fresh juice from the market, or even some brunch or food options to enjoy in the picnic area. You can even enjoy desserts such as ice cream or a delicious shake. Oh, and don’t forget the hayride.
Berry Farms has an incredibly large amount of instagrammable places that you can’t miss, which does include the sunflower field. I mean the place is a perfectly attractive farmer’s market both inside, outside, and everywhere in between.
The family farm also offers fun festivals throughout the year such as the Strawberry Festival, Harvest Festival, or even Small Business Sundays to support the local community. They even offer a pumpkin patch and corn maze during the fall season. Berry farms is a must-see!

2. Family Farms
Another locally owned and operated farm in the South Florida area is a cute little spot called Family Farms. This place was started in 2019 and is home to fresh organic fruits and vegetables as well as special events. It’s also pet friendly so feel free to bring your furry friends with you.
This family owned farm has a beautiful sunflower field as well as strawberries and other types of produce that you can pick or enjoy while visiting. Not only do they have produce, they have other fun activities or events that you can join in on if you’re visiting.
They have live music events, hay rides, pony rides, a farm animals petting zoo, bonfires on Friday and Saturday nights and even yoga sessions. During the fall season, they also have a u-pick pumpkin patch to enjoy the season even more.

3. Strawberry Fields of Kendall
Tucked in the heart of South Florida you’ll find this nice little gem called the Strawberry Fields of Kendall. It’s an adorable little stand that offers you the opportunity to pick your own produce or even, if you’d prefer, to buy it at their stand. You can buy oranges, strawberries, green peppers, avocados, tomatoes, sunflowers, snapdragons and more.
They are known for their fresh strawberries and huge selection of produce so while you’re heading there for the sunflower field, don’t forget to grab some goodies for the way home.
The season runs from December through mid-May. The place is generally cash only but might be flexible depending on where you are purchasing certain goods. Their beautiful sunflower field is one that you should remember to take great pictures in because it’s a sight to behold.

4. Felicia’s Farm
Another small, hidden gem in the South Florida area. While there might not be as many bells and whistles as some of the other local farms mentioned above, this farm offers quite a beautiful sunflower field for those interested. You are allowed to pick the sunflowers and you’ll also get the pleasure of actually learning about them too.
This is a great spot to head to if the weather is warm and you don’t want to deal with the potential crowds that some of the other farms might bring in from all of the different activities offered.
Felicia’s is a small local run business so the hours might be a tad spotty but it’s a great spot for a spontaneous trip to see the sunflowers. Try to call ahead for the hours that day but enjoy the views once you’re there.

South Florida might be limited in the sunflower fields that it has nearby, but if you’re willing to road trip a little bit further towards central Florida you can find many other sunflower fields to visit and enjoy. I would even say that this is the spot to be for sunflowers!
5. Southern Hill Farms
A great local farm that is a close driving distance from Orlando, Winter Garden, and Clermont. This is an amazing experience for those who are looking for a Southern farm experience or beautiful sunflowers.
The farm itself boasts some rustic outdoor vibes to enjoy, great landscapes for pictures and enjoying the sunsets, open-air barns, ample parking, sunset u-pick, Farm wagon rides, live music on the weekends, and even yard games! They offer a ton of produce- blueberries, peaches, zinnias, and of course sunflowers in their sunflower field.

6. Mick Farms
If you’re looking for a small family farm experience, check out Mick Farms located in St. Cloud in Central Florida. It’s 32-acres of fresh produce and exciting great events that you can join in on. Mick Farms offers incredible fresh produce as well as beautiful fields of u-pick strawberries. And, of course, they offer a fabulous sunflower field for anyone to enjoy and snap some pictures in.
During the fall season, you can also enjoy the u-pick pumpkin patch as well as other great events throughout the season. This is a farm you should have on your list of must-see’s.

7. Graham’s U-Pick Farm
Graham’s U-Pick farm is an awesome spot located in Lake County, Florida outside of Umatilla. It’s owned and operated by the Graham Family and has been for well over 100 years now. Graham’s is a great option for those who want to visit a sunflower field, but it’s also a great option for lots of other produce such as oranges or peaches.
Orange season runs from November to January and peach season runs from Early May onward. The farm offers both U-Pick fruits and flowers as great activities to do while you’re there. They even grow lavender and other varieties of flowers.
Graham’s also hosts fun events at the farm including Peach Blossom Festival in February. The sunflower field even has a maze for you to work through, so you can rest assured you’ll be surrounded by taller sunflowers than you in every direction. 8. Sledd’s U-Pick Farm
Sledd’s is a small family farm in Central Florida that offers U-Pick for various vegetables and fruits throughout the year. Which means you can always get fresh produce no matter the time of the year.
This farm spans over 4 acres and offers a sunflower field as well as a sunflower maze for you to enjoy. There are several perfect photo op spots that you can find along the way, if that’s what you’re here for (no judgement).

9. Jimmy Mc’s Sunflower Farm
If you’re in the Central Florida area, check out Jimmy Mc’s Sunflower Farm in Pasco County. They are a five-generation farm that specializes in U-Pick Sunflowers. So what better place to visit if you’re looking for a beautiful sunflower field to visit this year?
Their season starts mid to late April and runs through May. This farm is free admission for all and also has free parking. You can find what feels like acres of sunflowers here, so it’s a perfect spot to snap some pictures without bumping into anyone else doing the same.

10. Harvestmoon Farm
If you’re in the Tampa area, check out Harvestmoon Farm which is a very short drive from the city. This farm was opened back in 2013 and offers a variety of fun things to do as well as different fresh farm produce to choose from. They offer both a sunflower maze as well as U-Pick Sunflowers in the Spring and Pumpkin Picking and a Corn maze in the fall season.
If that doesn’t sound like enough, they also offer fun things to do for kids and family-friendly activities like a petting zoo, cow rides, and even hill slides!
Parking is free and admission varies throughout the year depending on the season. Regular season pricing is around $14 on weekends and $10 on weekdays. This farm is even open during the Christmas season so you’ll want to check it out if it’s that time of year.

11. Stanley Pond Adventure Farm
Another really fun farm that offers a lot of activities for kids and is definitely very family-oriented, Stanley Pond is a great addition to your list. This 25-acre farm in Central Florida offers U-Pick sunflowers and even U-Pick Zinnias!
They also have activities such as catch and release fishing, making it unique from many other farms in the area. Weekdays are open by appointment only but weekends are open without an appointment.
